Tree Range Farms – Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Tree Range Farms does not accept returns or provide refunds for livestock or hatching eggs.
All reasonable care is taken to ensure that poultry sold by Tree Range Farms are healthy and up to date with all recommended vaccinations, worming, and health testing at the time of sale.
Hatching eggs are collected from flocks that are consistently monitored for fertility, and fertility rates are verified through regular hatching at our farm prior to sale. Eggs are packaged carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit; however, as these are perishable and biological products, Tree Range Farms cannot guarantee outcomes such as hatch rates, fertility, or the future health or performance of livestock once they leave our care.
For biosecurity reasons, livestock and cannot be returned to Tree Range Farms. This protects the health of our flocks and prevents the potential introduction of outside pathogens.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate facilities, knowledge, and resources to care for the livestock or eggs upon purchase and delivery. Tree Range Farms accepts no liability for losses, illness, injury, or death of animals once they have been collected or shipped.
If you believe there has been an issue with your order, please contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your goods. While we do not process returns, we will assess any concerns raised on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer advice or a goodwill resolution where appropriate.
